Clarivate is hiring at Director & Product Manager to join the Intellectual Property team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality products while effectively balancing differentiation and risk. You will act as a visionary, shaping and inspiring the product direction for individual products and Clarivate. Recognized as a subject matter expert, you will also be responsible for driving strategic decisions across the organization, anticipating industry trends, and serving as a sought-after mentor. You will be responsible for identifying and tracking customer needs and appropriate product solutions, then plan, lead and track all phases of the product life cycle, owning the product and its development. In addition to product management, you will lead successful cross-functional initiatives and acts as a thought leader across various domains within the company. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience in a product role 12+ years of experiencein product management, intellectual property, or a related field What will you be doing in this role? Consistently delivers high-quality products while expertly balancing differentiation and risk. Build an inspiring product vision that guides the future direction of both the products owned and Clarivate as a whole. Recognized both internally and externally as the leading subject matter expert for one of Clarivate's core products. Proven track record of driving strategic decisions that influence the organization on a large scale. Serve as a strategic thinker within the company, identifying customer and industry trends, and anticipating opportunities for Clarivate to pursue. Viewed as a trusted strategic advisor by fellow leaders at Clarivate. Attract top talent and serves as a sought-after mentor within the organization. Guide others in fostering an environment of execution excellence, emphasizing accountability, quality, and values. Embody and exemplify Clarivate's core values as a true role model. Demonstrate a successful history of leading impactful cross-functional initiatives across the company. About the Team Product Management turns market opportunities into viable and feasible products that drive tangible business outcomes for Clarivate. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product content is delivered successfully.
