Solution Lead - Business Solutions Group (Contract)

We have an opportunity for a Solution Leadto join our Business Solutions Group as a contractor in North America.In this pivotal role, you will provide key technical leadership to our BSG that is responsible for driving the end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise AI solutions. Collaborating closely with developers and with key Go-To-Market and Support stakeholders, you will design solution frameworks, guide developers in the execution of high-impact AI use cases, foster collaborative innovation, and promote best practices. You will advise on process optimization and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI and automation. You will shape our AI implementation architecture, mentor engineers, and champion the adoption of AI technologies, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and technical excellence.

Be a Contributor - What You'll Do

Technical Team Leadership & Solution Delivery

• Lead technical teams in architecting and implementing scalable AI solution frameworks and architectures.

• Guide the full design lifecycle, including use case analysis, prototyping, and solution rollout.

• Mentor team members in AI development, problem-solving, and application of modern AI patterns.

• Set standards for technical delivery, ensuring quality, security, and compliance in all AI projects.

AI Solution Design & Execution

• Analyze business challenges and translate them into actionable AI-enabled technical solutions.

• Refine high-priority use cases in partnership with business leads, shaping pilot projects for maximum value.

• Direct the development of AI solutions, gathering feedback, and iterating to optimize performance and adoption.

Cross-Functional Engagement & Stakeholder Communication

• Act as technical point-of-contact for targeted workstreams, aligning AI delivery across teams.

• Facilitate strategic discussions with business and IT stakeholders, translating requirements into robust technical solutions.

• Ensure transparent documentation of solution architectures and requirements, driving stakeholder alignment.

Process Coordination & Adoption

• Surface technical issues and dependencies, coordinating with other program leads to drive timely resolution.

• Synthesize data and metrics on AI adoption and operational impact, presenting insights to drive ongoing technical improvements.

Culture, Change, & Technical Enablement

• Lead change management efforts by advocating AI-driven process optimization and continuous learning within the team.

• Champion best practices in AI solution design, workflow automation, and governed adoption aligned to Infoblox's standards.

• Cultivate a culture of technical excellence, upskilling team members, and sharing expertise across the organization.

Be Prepared - What You Bring

• 8-10+ years of experience driving business value through highly technical solutions

• Proven experience in technical team leadership, preferably in enterprise AI solution development.

• High proficiency in AI technology concepts: generative AI, intelligent agents, workflow automation, and enterprise architectures.

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical disciplines.

• Hands-on expertise in AI engineering and solution design (Glean, Power Platform, Copilot Studio).

• Experience with workflow automation platforms (Microsoft Power Automate, ServiceNow App Engine).

• Direct involvement in leading organizational transformation initiatives and adoption programs.

• Strong mentoring, coaching, and technical delivery skills; able to inspire and direct engineers and analysts.

• Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration and translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple technical projects and driving alignment across teams.

• Strong track record in change management, business process transformation, or delivering AI automation platforms.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or other related technical field
