The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking individual to join our team as a Digital Delivery & ProjectWise Innovation Specialist. This role helps drive Ulteig's Digital Delivery initiative by building the infrastructure, standards, and automation necessary for efficient and compliant project execution across Bentley Infrastructure Cloud (BIC) and ProjectWise.

The Specialist will collaborate closely with ProjectWise Administrators, project teams, IT, and the Transportation BIM Manager to streamline delivery, reduce manual effort through scripting and integration, and provide hands-on support and coaching. This position plays a key role in enabling connected data environments, enhancing lifecycle data continuity, and supporting DOT-aligned workflows and national initiatives.

Software



  • BIC configuration & upkeep: Assist with setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of connected data environments (CDEs), including templates, permissions, and metadata structures.
  • ProjectWise support: Support the ProjectWise team with routine administration (user/group management, work areas, workflows, deliverables), troubleshooting, and user assistance.
  • iModels & iTwin services: Support the creation, management, and federation of iModels within BIC; assist in applying iTwin services for validation, versioning, visualization, and digital twin workflows.
  • Automation & scripting: Help implement automation scripts and workflows (PowerShell, Python, Power Automate) to streamline provisioning, metadata management, and deliverable validation across BIC and ProjectWise.
  • Integrations: Assist with integrations between BIC/ProjectWise and Microsoft 365 (Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive), GIS, scheduling, and analytics platforms; participate in testing and deployment of updates and enhancements.
  • Design tools awareness: Maintain working familiarity with MicroStation, OpenRoads, and OpenBridge to understand downstream data needs and support integration into BIC/ProjectWise.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve common connectivity, file locking, rendition, and metadata issues; coordinate escalations with PW Admins and IT.
  • Reporting: Assist with basic Power BI dashboards that track adoption, usage, and compliance metrics.


Standards



  • Digital Delivery Standards: Assist in maintaining Digital Delivery standards and configuration templates (file structures, naming, attributes, workflows, states, renditions) for BIC; contribute to ProjectWise standards with PW Admins.
  • Compliance: Apply and verify state DOT and national digital delivery requirements across project configurations and deliverables.
  • Documentation & SOPs: Help document processes, standards, and best practices, including SOPs for provisioning, metadata management, automation, and deliverable checks.
  • Change control: Support version control and change management, including publishing release notes, conducting impact assessments, and keeping audit-ready records.
  • Quality checks: Participate in QA/QC reviews for model/document compliance and metadata completeness prior to milestone submissions.


Training



  • Materials & guides: Support the development of step-by-step guides, short videos, and quick-reference sheets for BIC and ProjectWise users.
  • Sessions & onboarding: Assist in delivering live training sessions/webinars and onboarding new hires to BIC/ProjectWise workflows and DOT expectations.
  • User support: Provide one-on-one support, reinforce best practices, and respond to help-desk tickets related to digital delivery tools.
  • Continuous improvement: Track training participation and collect feedback to improve content; help maintain a centralized training library that reflects the latest standards and software changes.


Project Interface



  • Kickoff setup: Assist project teams during kickoff to ensure correct CDE creation, metadata setup, and template application in line with standards.
  • Milestone readiness: Help validate deliverables against contract and DOT requirements before key milestones (30/60/90/IFC).
  • Hands-on troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day support for issues related to BIC/ProjectWise workflows; coordinate with PW Admins, IT, clients, and partners to resolve access/collaboration challenges.
  • Status & KPIs: Help prepare status reports on BIC/ProjectWise usage, adoption, and compliance for PMs and leadership.
  • Closeout & retention: Participate in project closeout, ensuring proper archiving and records retention in accordance with standards.
  • Manager support: Support the Transportation BIM Manager in coordinating digital delivery requirements and monitoring adherence on DOT projects.



What We Expect from You



  • Associate's or Bachelor's in Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum 5-6 years' experience using Bentley tools with exposure to BIC and ProjectWise in support roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of ProjectWise Explorer and knowledge of ProjectWise Administrator.
  • Knowledge with MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, and OpenBridge Designer.
  • Understanding of digital delivery workflows on infrastructure/transportation projects.
  • Strong Familiarity with iModels, iTwin services, and digital twin workflows.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell, Python, or Power Automate preferred.
  • Strong computer, technical and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to seek out and resolve issues through close interaction with other project team members.
  • Good communication and training skills (verbal and written).
  • Teaching and coaching skills to bring new team members up to speed.
  • Demonstrate skills of self-motivation and drive.
  • Must have permanent authorization to work in US.

Additional Opportunity Details:
Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $76,800 - $103,900
* Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role.
