PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Assists the Location Manager with the operations of the assigned location including personnel, ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Responsible for the dispatching and coordinating agronomy products, administrative support and daily Receives customer orders and generates delivery tickets for all products shipped f rom the plant. Assists in the operation and administration of the Ag-Vance dispatch and billing module. Will include Assists Manager with scheduling of all operations and personnel at the assigned location. Assures all product is accounted for with either an invoice or delivery ticket. Assists Location Manager in ordering and maintains all bulk dry raw materials, and chemical input Creates blend sheets for loader / mixer operator based on daily production schedules for general fertilizer Assists Location Manager with regulatory compliance related to DOT and DEP. Coordinates with Location Manager and Mechanic on scheduling maintenance of location equipment, Assists with location deliveries as needed. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS May be required to serve on the location Safety Committee. Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Performs all other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof , and 3 years or more of agronomy Demonstrated essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer Must have and maintain valid driver's license and satisf actory driving record.
