Partnering with Aquent, they are looking for a driven individual who can optimize their sourcing strategies and drive cost savings within their Investment Operations and Investment Group. As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the procurement landscape. You will lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies for complex goods and services, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, negotiate favorable contracts, and manage supplier relationships. Your analytical skills and market knowledge will be essential in driving cost optimization and ensuring the organization receives maximum value from its supplier partnerships.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and analyze industry trends.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, including cost reduction targets and risk mitigation plans.
• Lead RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, analyzing supplier responses and evaluating proposals.
• Negotiate complex contracts, ensuring optimal pricing, terms, and risk management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance, address performance issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze spend data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Utilize cost modeling and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis.
• Communicate sourcing strategies and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.

Must-Haves:

• 7+ years of advanced strategic sourcing experience with a deep understanding of procurement principles, practices, and models.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and achieve favorable terms.
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, spend analytics, and financial modeling.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant supplier markets, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, economics, or operations management.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in other disciplines such as Finance, Sales, or Operations.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
• Experience in Financial Services or a regulated industry.
• Executive presentation and consulting exposure.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $86.89 to $96.55 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
