This role will be responsible for the planning and execution of programmatic campaigns for the Government Programs Employer and Individual line of business. Working closely with internal partners, this roll will execute the approved strategy, campaign set up, campaign optimization and reporting of B2B and B2C digital marketing campaigns.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist digital team members with the development of display campaign strategy
  • Manage daily campaign optimization, testing, tracking and performance measurement
  • Management of programs to ensure campaigns are optimally structured, setup, trafficked and are tracking correctly
  • Oversee creative development and approval process
  • Develop and present reporting and key insights on campaign performance
  • Evaluate and improve internal display processes to support strategic planning and implementation (e.g. cost files, reporting set up, partner billing and audience setup)

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on programmatic/direct partner experience on either client, agency, agency trading desk or programmatic technology teams
  • 1+ years of experience running B2B targeted digital media campaigns
  • Advanced understanding of digital tactics and measurement is a must - specializing in display, video, CTV, and native advertising utilizing both 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data sources
  • Advanced understanding of tracking and optimization strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience either client or agency side running complex digital display programs for financial services, insurance or technology products
  • Experience across multiple DSPs, DMPs, ad serving and brand safety platforms
  • Experience managing a team of marketing professionals towards a driven goal
  • Experience with DOMO or Tableau visualization and reporting tools
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics
  • Experience with LiveRamp (or other audience data platforms)
  • Understanding of digital direct-response marketing tactics and best practices
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Passion for digital marketing with an understanding of the complexity of the digital advertising landscape
  • Constantly learning about the ever-changing digital ecosystem - with a willingness to test new tools and technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to work within tight time constraints, providing near real-time insights to team members to ensure targets are achieved
  • Proven highly analytical with advanced problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Proven passionate about results, achieving goals and communicating successes

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
