Position summary:

Responsible for assisting and administering all aspects of the wireless, network, and data/voice billing. Responsible for understanding and maintaining the Telecom Expense Management System (TEM).

Pay Range: $25.10 - $37.50 per hour (This posting includes the full pay range for this position. Pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.)

Reporting Relationship: Telecom Supervisor

Location: Rapid City, South Dakota

Essential Functions:
* Input, import, process and approve all telecom and telecom related invoices into the TEM system.
* Prepare weekly batch report for payment through Accounts Payable.
* Work with telecom vendors to settle billing disputes.
* Provide technical support to telecom vendors and Accounts Payable regarding payment of and issues with telecom invoices.
* Create reports regarding payment of telecom invoices.
* Order telecom disconnects and monitor credits as requested by respective IT teams.
* Bi-monthly report to verify and ensure all invoices are current.
* Assist with new vendor setup and approval process with Supply Chain.
* Scan all telecom invoices into the company file management system to maintain accurate records.

Additional Responsibilities:
* Other duties as assigned.
* Ensure TEM is updated with employee transfer, supervisors, location and code block changes.

What Is Required:
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience working in telecom or information technology.
* Basic knowledge of data entry procedures and invoice payment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment.
* Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.

What Is Desired:
* Basic knowledge of wireless and wired telecom equipment.
* Understanding of mobile telecommunications systems.
* Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
* Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and various specialized software/programs.
