Staffmark is hiring a Production Associate in Stanley, VA-perfect for detail-oriented, hands-on workers who love seeing results.

Pay: 1st Shift - $17/hr | 2nd Shift - $19/hr

Schedule:



  • 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday | 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday | 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM



What You'll Do:



  • Inspect and repair doors to meet quality standards
  • Restack and move door stacks, including unrepairable doors per protocol
  • Operate jump tracks and hand/power tools (glue guns, sanders, chisels, putty knives, clamps, Bondo, etc.)
  • Follow ticket instructions and assist in multiple stages of door production



What We're Looking For:



  • Experience with wood craftsmanship tools and door repairs
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to multitask and make repair decisions to maintain standards
  • Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs, bend, stoop, twist, and stand for extended periods
