Position Purpose:

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced and technically proficient print production professional with deep expertise in all aspects of CPG packaging development, from concept through final printed product. This role bridges creative intent with technical execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. The candidate must demonstrate strong skills in assessing print feasibility, preparing accurate production-ready artwork for execution at pre-media and production houses, and partnering with print vendors to evaluate capabilities and resolve technical challenges. In addition, this role supports Print Production leadership in managing vendor relationships, driving color management excellence, ensuring material and finish feasibility, and delivering cost transparency.

This is a hybrid role that requires three days per week in our Stratham, NH corporate office.


Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

Print Production



  • Oversee all aspects of print production including vendors, pre-press preparation, proofing processes, and maintenance of color standards.
  • Manage flawless execution across a high-volume, fast-paced, seasonally driven (e.g., Christmas, Easter and Valentine's Day launches) projects which require specific deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Partner with Product Development and Packaging Engineering to validate material and finish compatibility.
  • Possess a blend of print production expertise and design savvy to deliver high-quality printed material that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
  • Ability to create production art, line extensions, and prep files for print according to press needs.
  • Ensure high quality execution; escalate and resolve color issues in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.


Project & Workflow Management

  • Upload and manage print specs, and vendor proofs in WebCenter.
  • Ensure approved specifications and proofs are documented as the "single source of truth."
  • Collaborate with Creative Project Management to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
  • Maintain version control and accurate archiving of production-ready files.
