This opportunity is in the Business Intelligence & Planning department

The Business Intelligence & Planning Department is dedicated to empowering informed decision-making and driving strategic growth through comprehensive financial planning, data-driven insights, and governance excellence. Role Description:

Are you passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights? As a Data Quality Analyst, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of corporate data across the organization. In this role, you'll lead efforts to identify and eliminate data quality issues, using your analytical and problem-solving skills to uncover root causes and drive continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with business units to profile, audit, and reconcile large datasets, deliver reliable data to downstream consumers, and implement quality checks that make a real difference in strategic decision-making. Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems is required.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.
• 4 or more years of experience working with data in an Information Systems or Finance department
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in finance or accounting
• Experience working in data warehouse environments
• Strong analytical, technical, and root-cause analysis skills
• Ability to perform data profiling, data quality audits, and implement quality improvement strategies

In our vision to be First with Co-Workers, compensation is only one piece of the comprehensive total rewards package we offer. The target base salary range for this position is $66,000 to $84,500. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
