QPS Employment Group is hiring an Onsite Coordinator for our office in Green Bay, WI. We are looking for a passionate individual who is motivated, goal-driven, committed to hard work, and can embrace change. This position is responsible for keeping QPS Associate Employees active and engaged throughout their first week of training and employment to ensure established goals are met and QPS turnover expectations are satisfied. Through early intervention and appropriate support, they are devoted to helping QPS Associate Employees stay motivated while working in temporary employment and focused on their efforts to retain permanent employment with the client.

Duties:
  • Serve as the onsite liaison between client leadership, associates, and the branch office.
  • Accurately document communication, activities, and associate updates in company systems according to policy.
  • Support or lead the onboarding process for new associates, including orientations, introductions, and site tours.
  • Perform daily check-ins with associates on the manufacturing floor, addressing concerns and providing support.
  • Partner with branch offices to coordinate recruitment and hiring efforts, keeping the client updated on progress.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, participation in scheduled meetings, and proactive feedback exchange.
  • Conduct candidate tours to provide a positive and informative first impression of the workplace.
  • Assist with attendance reporting, timekeeping adjustments, and payroll-related inquiries from associates.
  • Manage assignment details and administrative tasks related to associate scheduling and workforce tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with client policies, workplace safety, and company standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support client and branch needs

Requirements:

  • Customer service and administrative experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle multiple duties in a busy work environment
  • Professional and effective communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot/problem solve
