We are actively seeking a dynamicSenior Manager of Product Management - Medical Devicesto join ourAdvanced Membrane Solutions (AMS)leadership team. This high-impact, high-visibility role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection ofstrategy, execution, and collaboration. You'll lead the development of a product strategy that brings differentiated medical device technologies to market, driving innovation and profitable growth.

In addition to shaping product strategy, you'll work cross-functionally to assess and align organizational capabilities with the evolving needs of the medical device industry. You'll also manage a team of talented project managers, ensuring seamless execution of customer programs and internal initiatives.

Role Responsibilities:

Generate Actionable Insights:

  • Direct Voice of the Customer (VOC) and Voice of the Market (VOM) research to uncover key business drivers for innovation.

  • Assess customer and market needs to identify growth opportunities and generate insights to shape product portfolio and roadmap.

  • Define and size market segments and create business case for profitability and sales success.

  • Stay current on market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.

Develop and Execute Product Strategy:

  • Actively build the innovation pipeline based on VOC, VOM and competitive intelligence.

  • Identify the appropriate customer segments and applications to pursue. Define value proposition for differentiated products that will resonate with defined target customer segments.

  • Partner with Engineering to ensure development of differentiated solutions.

  • Lead and support new product launches, including recommendations on pricing and marketing strategy to ensure appropriate product position, profitability and intellectual property protection.

  • Ensure product strategy is financially sound and aligned with growth and profitability targets.

  • Partner with Marketing to communicate value propositions and create compelling messages for targeted customer segments.

Build Cross-Functional Capabilities:

  • Serve as a medical device industry expert and guide capability development across the organization.

  • Act as a bridge between market needs and internal functions, ensuring the organization can deliver on its value proposition consistently and at scale.

  • Partner with cross-functional groups (quality, operations, marketing, sales) to identify and strengthen in-house capabilities that support our strategic market positioning.

  • Drive initiatives that enhance operational excellence, product quality and marketing effectiveness to build brand awareness.

  • Ensure these capabilities align with customer expectations, industry standards, positioning the company a trusted and valued suppler.

  • Evaluate and manage the capital and operating expenses associated with capability-building initiatives - ensuring investments are prioritized, justified, and aligned with the product and business strategy.

TRAVEL: Up to 20%; could include some international travel

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related fields

  • 7+ years of work experience in product management or product development engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of people leadership experience

  • Medical device industry experience

  • Advanced degree in Business or Engineering; MBA strongly preferred

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, comfortable with situations involving risk and uncertainty

  • Strong relationship management in a global matrixed environment

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and present succinct, clearly stated business cases

  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional leadership

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Annual Salary Range: $123,800 - $162,500

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance.

This position is eligible for annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
