A Day In The Life
As the Marketing Manager for Savannah Friedkin, a sustainable fine jewelry company, you will play a pivotal role in executing our marketing strategy, driving customer engagement, and reinforcing our luxury positioning. Your responsibilities will span digital strategy, data analysis, event coordination, and partner management. You'll be responsible for leading revenue growth across our direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels and championing a data-informed approach to growth. You will work closely with agency partners, sales staff, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns and events are executed on time, on budget, and on brand. This role demands operational precision, creative alignment, and a customer-centric mindset to uphold the distinctive experience that defines Savannah Friedkin.

As a Marketing Manager, SFJ you will:

  • Execute Savannah Friedkin's marketing strategy, ensuring all timelines, deliverables, and budgets are consistently met.
  • Serve as the primary contact for agency and vendor partners, overseeing execution of digital marketing, paid media, influencer campaigns, analytics, and PR.
  • Analyze performance data, define KPIs, and lead digital strategy with actionable recommendations to drive customer and sales growth. Responsible for revenue generation and growth.
  • Own agency, PR, and event vendor relationships, including selection, onboarding, coordination, and performance management, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
  • Plan and execute exclusive trunk shows and pop-up events, managing end-to-end logistics-from venue sourcing and partner negotiation to merchandising, staffing, and hospitality.
  • Develop and maintain the annual marketing and event calendar, integrating digital campaigns, physical activations, and seasonal brand moments.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics and ROI data to optimize media spend and strategic outcomes.
  • Coordinate the rollout of social media, email, and digital campaigns, collaborating closely with the Creative Director to align messaging, creative assets, and product storytelling across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with the Savannah Friedkin team to provide branded event kits, printed collateral, signage, and lead capture tools to support conversion and relationship-building.
  • Manage CRM list segmentation and post-event engagement strategies, nurturing relationships with high-net-worth clients and prospects.
  • Oversee the marketing budget and vendor invoicing, ensuring financial transparency, accuracy, and accountability.
  • Travel occasionally (including weekends) to key markets-such as New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, and the Hamptons-to support and execute events.

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's Degree degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Pref and
  • 5-8 years of marketing experience with strong operational and agency management skills; luxury, jewelry, or fashion industry
  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects across multiple partners and stakeholders
  • Established Digital Experience in terms of analysis and strategy
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience with marketing analytics and CRM systems
  • A polished, professional presence and ability to represent a high-end brand
  • Incredibly Adaptable, willing to work in a startup environment
  • Strong Team Player with focus on the Savannah Friedkin Mission first

Physical and Environmental RequirementsThe physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the work day and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.

Travel Requirements
30% Travel (including weekends) to key markets-such as New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, and the Hamptons-to support and execute events.
