PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Capture Manager is responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, creating winning strategies, and preparing compliant bids for Yulista Holding's Base Operations and Range Operations Group.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Lead capture and strategic planning, market research, milestone coordination, and pre-marketing activities to improve win rates and shareholder value.

  • Develop and support Gate Review presentations and plans that include P&L models, risk analysis, ROI, and workload planning to guide investment decisions.

  • Write or support proposal volumes (Management, Past Performance, Technical, and Cost) ensuring compliance with U.S. Government and commercial solicitations.

  • Collaborate with subsidiary presidents and YHL teams (Contracts, Finance, Security, HR, BD) to create teaming and pricing strategies, recruit personnel, and prepare competitive bids.

  • Use capture software and Salesforce to manage pursuit information and track opportunities.

  • Provide executives with the data and insights needed to make informed business decisions.

  • Conduct gap analyses and lead proposal reviews (Black, Blue, Green, Pink, Red, Gold) to ensure compliance and quality.

  • Partner with Finance and Pricing Teams to develop BOEs and pricing strategies that maximize profitability.

  • Advise leadership on market trends affecting teaming and pricing.

  • Negotiate teaming and workshare agreements in compliance with FAR and other regulations.

  • Perform additional duties as required to support business needs.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role has no direct supervisory duties but carries authority to complete assigned tasks.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn additional applications. Advanced software skills preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft reports, correspondence, and interpret technical documents.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally.

  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Highly organized with the ability to follow processes, manage multiple tasks, and work independently.

  • Familiarity with general office equipment and database entry.

  • Knowledge of corporate policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; or 5+ years of direct capture management experience.

  • Proven knowledge of capture management processes from opportunity approval through proposal, capture/award, and transition.

  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce and Deltek.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and Deltek products preferred.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to design competitive solutions to customer requirements.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.

HIGHLY DESIRABLE

  • U.S. Government or Military background, especially in contracting or program management.
