About This Role

Research Technician - Research Kansas wild turkeys, mourning doves and greater prairie chickens. This position will perform duties associated with initiation of state-wide research project on wild turkeys, mourning doves, greater prairie chickens, and developing landcover maps.

This position is Hybrid eligible. Research Technician - Kansas Wild Turkeys, Greater Prairie Chickens and Mourning Doves Research


What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:



  • Requires a high school diploma.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • B.S. in natural resources or related field
    Experience with GIS and other computing systems to create landcover maps
    Experience in collaboration with Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks


Sponsorship eligibility:

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship
