About the Role As aPurification Scientist - Chromatography, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, designing and executing chromatography experiments that support both our technical platforms and our customers' evolving needs. You'll collaborate with talented field and lab-based teams, translating scientific insights into real-world solutions for industrial-scale purification of monoclonal antibodies. What You'll Do
  • Author protocols and reports for monoclonal antibody purification process development.
  • Execute bench-scale experiments using AKTA and other chromatography systems.
  • Assist high-throughput screening and optimization with the Tecan Te-Chrom system.
  • Analyze samples using ceSDS, UPLC/HPLC, SDS-PAGE, ELISA, PCR, spectrophotometry, and other analytical tools.
  • Maintain detailed records and interpret data to deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Follow lab procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds as part of lab operations.
What You Bring Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (BS) required.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in chromatography process development for commercial-scale antibody purification.
  • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of chromatography.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree (MS) in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of statistics.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $72,700.00 - $109,100.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
