Job Summary This position is in a fast-paced distribution environment where accuracy, safety, and teamwork are essential. Associates play a key role in supporting daily operations by handling materials, maintaining inventory integrity, and ensuring products are picked, stored, and prepared correctly. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting performance expectations. Qualifications Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime in addition to regular shift hours Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently without assistance Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment Post-offer background check and drug screen required Responsibilities Accurately and safely pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System Communicate effectively with coworkers and demonstrate teamwork in completing tasks Maintain inventory integrity and ensure product safety at all times Execute tasks using hand-held RF units/scanners or voice units Follow established standard operating procedures for assigned areas Participate in associate meetings and share concerns with management Perform all job duties in compliance with OSHA standards and organizational policies, rules, and procedures Work Schedule Monday through Friday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm 40 hours per week with unpaid lunch
