We are seeking an inspiring and results-oriented Senior Director to establish and lead a new capability focused on continuous improvement, change management, and strategic initiatives. In this transformative role, you'll shape the future of our HR operations by partnering with senior leadership to drive consistency, enhance efficiency, and ensure excellence across multiple HR functions, including HR Shared Services and Talent Acquisition.   • Operational Leadership:Direct the operational development and execution of HR processes, programs, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals; while keeping a focus on human-centered design.
  • Continuous Improvement:Drive continuous improvement and across Global HR processes, including Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations, Call Centers, Compliance, HR Policy Management and PMO, leveraging Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Serve as the technical and operational liaison between various business functions and teams to facilitate effective communication and project execution. Facilitate groups and apply human-centered design thinking techniques and tools to develop and deliver on exceptional team member experiences.
  • KPI Development:Develop measures to define progress and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements to measure the success of HR initiatives and project performance.
  • Change Management Champion:Lead change management initiatives, prioritizing areas for improvement, and fostering stakeholder buy-in to support transformation efforts.
  • Financial Oversight:Collaborate with finance leaders to develop budgets, financial estimates, and investment plans for HR programs, ensuring alignment with the fiscal plan and operational improvements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Cultivate ongoing partnerships with senior leaders, maintaining knowledge of operations and priorities to integrate solutions that meet business needs.
  • Facilitation: lead through process mapping, root cause analysis, brainstorming, business impact assessments, gap analysis and project planning. Challenge stakeholders to maximize opportunities for process improvement initiatives.
  • HR Technology: lead as an HR Technology SME to continuously improve experiences for our team members.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation:Assess project dependencies, resolve resource contention, and ensure that all projects are aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Performance Analysis:Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, resolve customer issues, and make informed recommendations for future initiatives. Build mechanisms to track and address escalations and troubleshoot to fix root cause.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR operations and project management, with a proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and project management best practices.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business problems and develop strategic solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences effectively.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex environments, exercise independent judgment, and implement creative problem-solving techniques.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Must have experience working in enterprise HR technology solutions including, but not limited to ServiceNow and Workday.
  • Certification in Six Sigma and Project Management preferred; GPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
