| Your Opportunity as Shipping & Receiving Lead As the Shipping & Receiving Lead, you will be responsible for leading and monitoring all shipping and receiving activities on a shift specific schedule. This role will oversee the shipping and receiving processes of loading trucks, overseeing the operators and safety requirements, generating the necessary and required shipping manifest to accurately ship finished products, and receive bulk items in the operation. Location: Arkadelphia, AR Work Arrangements: 100% on-site Compensation Rate:Hourly Non-Exempt Reports to: Shipping Asst. Manager/Shipping Supervisor In this Role You Will: 
 Provide directions and monitor shipping and receiving activities to ensure efficiency and complianceReview handoff reports and address outstanding tasks from prior shiftsFinalize orders to ensure shipments are picked, staged, loaded, and documented accuratelyInvestigate material discrepancies (shortages, damages, errors) and trigger root cause analysisPrepare work areas, equipment, and paperwork for the next shift's successProperly isolate, tag, and report nonconforming or unusable materialsConduct cycle counts as required and communicate low stock levelsEnsure FIFO (First In, First Out) principles are consistently followedPick, load, and process outgoing shipments with full and accurate documentationMaintain compliance with all regulatory and customer requirementsKeep accurate shipping and receiving records (packing lists, bills of lading, etc.)Operate computerized inventory systems, scanning equipment, and shipping softwareSafely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and yard trucksVerify Team Members are following safety proceduresTrain, guide, and provide real-time coaching for shipping and receiving staff to include training in the safe operation of equipment and other compliance guidelinesEnsure compliance with all quality standards to include enforcement of good manufacturing practices (GMP's), product quality standards, and all quality related food handling requirements The Right Role for You We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.  High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required at a minimum. 
 Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment and shipping/warehouse settingCapabilityto work well in a team environmentand be willing to help solve problems and implement solutionswith diverse employeesProficient in Microsoft Office applications Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:
