JIRA Support Analyst Springfield, VA Pay From: $140,000 per year MUST: Experienced JIRA Support Analyst Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility 5+ years of experience with JIRA/Confluence tracking tools 5+ years of experience with Government Programs, Information Technology, or a related field Experience working in Tableau and other related software Experience and expertise with Agile frameworks and methodologies Ability to analyze data within Jira to identify discrepancies and understand relationships between different work items Ability to troubleshoot issues, resolve service disruptions, and provide actionable solutions Ability to investigate data, understand complex systems, and translate business requirements into technical solutions Excellent written and verbal skills to interact with technical and non-technical users, lead meetings, and conduct training Experiene working on prior NGA contracts is preferred Bachelors/Masters in Information technology or a related field DUTIES: Ensures that each record has all fields completed, in line with policy and procedures Tracks suspense's for corrective action and follow through with Government notification of any delinquent actions when necessary Supports GOVERNMENT POINTS OF CONTACT software developer's compliance with Government record creation and management policies for all entries in JIRA and Confluence. This includes correct: documentation of Scope, Descriptions, Acceptance Criteria, Record Titles, Start and Finish Dates, Record Types (Solution Epic LBC, Solution Epic MVPf, Program Epic MVPf, or Feature), and Capability Descriptions. Contractor shall ensure all work is recorded in JIRA and/or Confluence Ensures integration of JIRA and Confluence and any other Government provided software to conduct Release Train Management and to visualize status at various levels Supports Government workflow(s) of various software development efforts, maintain records in JIRA and Confluence at the enterprise level for all projects, and synchronize with other Agency's programs Works at the RTM level. Expert in JIRA and Confluence data entry, record keeping and requirements tracing. Enforces Government policy and procedures in their respective release trains to ensure accurate work-related record keeping Works with development vendors to educate them on proper use of JIRA and Confluence and how to establish and maintain linkages between taxonomy levels within JIRA Executes all transfers of JIRA data for their Release Train from low side JIRA to high side JIRA. Ensures all transfers preserve data and linkages accurately Monitors progress of each facet or feature of work and ensures completion dates and all status entries are always up to date and well maintained Support integration of Tableau and Development of Tableau dashboards and any other Government provided software to conduct Release Train Management and to visualize status at various levels Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
