Description One of Hawaii's largest Healthcare systems is moving from an outsourced registry model to a centralized, in-house structure. This initiative impacts many clinical registries and requires coordinated changes across people, processes, and technology. The required scope would include creating and driving a project plan to insource the registries, which would include department planning for FTE roles, high visibility stakeholder engagement, vendor communication, and technology selection with potential RFP's. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead this complex, high-visibility effort. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across all phases Develop and manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk mitigation plans Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications Support RFP development and vendor selection for registry technologies Oversee department setup, staffing transitions, and policy development Track milestones and ensure timely reporting to executive sponsors Establish governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks Technology & Vendor Management Lead RFP processes for registry platforms and supporting technologies Oversee implementation of data workflows, dashboards, and extracts Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with clinical, IT, and administrative teams Communicate progress to executive sponsors and cross-functional partners Monitoring & Reporting Track milestones and ensure timely delivery Provide regular updates to director and executive leadership Key Milestones: 1.Establish Registry Operating Model 2.Registry People Transition 3.Technology Transition 4.Establish Registry QA Program ________________________________________ Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or IT PMP or equivalent certification preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience with department setup, vendor selection, and cross-functional coordination Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
