*Description*
The corporate Risk and Technology team are looking for 4 Senior level Site Reliability (SRE) engineers to help improve budget errors and reduce downtime for 100's of banking applications. THESE PEOPLE MUST SIT IN EITHER ATLANTA, CHARLOTTE, RALEIGH OR RICHMOND. Onsite 4 days a week and one day remote. Strategic SRE Transformation that will drive short-term and long-term benefit. This person must be able to demonstrate they can add value for the following issues that Truist have: *Reduce MTTR and accelerate recovery through audit and remediation of Incident playbooks for Zelle and top 20 EP&W applications. *Update playbooks for the 13 different CI's affecting Zelle due to P1, P2, and P3 incidents in early August. *Create End to End Architecture Diagrams, while partnering with Delivery, to map critical user journeys, improving observability and telemetry. *Get deeply involved in incident response of top 20 EP&W applications, enhancing detection logic, improving incident triage processes focusing on proactive root cause execution, improving data-driven accountability, refining playbooks, and continually coaching teams on improving. *Driving key observability requirements in platform and application delivery. Where involved, SREs will create NFRs that enforce systems to scale efficiently, proactive to issues, and recover swiftly. *Create a team that is a proactive, engineering-driven model with enhanced observability, reliability, scalability, increased SLO/SLI usage, consequence models, automation and improved tooling. *Skills* sdlc methodologies, sdlc process, architectural diagrams, e2e, MTTR, Observability, dynatrace, splunk, Playbook creation, aws, devops, banking, Bank, financial services *Top Skills Details* sdlc methodologies,sdlc process,architectural diagrams,e2e,MTTR,Observability,dynatrace,splunk,Playbook creation *Additional Skills & Qualifications* End to End diagrams and modifying playbooks are extremely important for this role. Candidates must have experience with them *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr.
