*Project Manager - Registry Transition*
*Overview* A healthcare organization is transitioning from an outsourced registry model to a centralized, in-house structure by July 1, 2026, due to discontinuing their contract with the current vendor. This initiative impacts 11 clinical registries and requires coordinated changes across people, processes, and technology. The scope includes creating and driving a project plan to insource the registries, including department planning for FTE roles, high-visibility stakeholder engagement, vendor communication, and technology selection with potential RFPs. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead this complex, high-visibility effort. *Key Responsibilities* * Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across all phases * Develop and manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk mitigation plans * Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications * Support RFP development and vendor selection for registry technologies * Oversee department setup, staffing transitions, and policy development * Track milestones and ensure timely reporting to executive sponsors * Establish governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks *Strategic Transition Planning* * Address key gaps: * Lack of operating model for centralized registries * Lack of people and technology transition plans * Lack of data quality framework (e.g., QA programs, IRR, training) * Support department setup, staffing transitions, and policy development *Technology & Vendor Management* * Lead RFP processes for registry platforms and supporting technologies * Oversee implementation of data workflows, dashboards, and extracts *Stakeholder Engagement* * Collaborate with clinical, IT, and administrative teams * Communicate progress to executive sponsors and cross-functional partners *Monitoring & Reporting* * Track milestones and ensure timely delivery * Provide regular updates to executive leadership *Scope of Registries* Includes 11 registries currently managed by staff: * STS Adult Cardiac, CathPCI, TVT TAVR, LAAO, EP (ICD), HF GWTG, Rescue GWTG+Met, Stroke GWTG, CARES, NSQIP, Oncology *Key Milestones* * Establish Registry Operating Model * Registry People Transition * Technology Transition * Establish Registry QA Program *Qualifications* * 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or IT * PMP or equivalent certification preferred * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills * Experience with department setup, vendor selection, and cross-functional coordination *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
