Our scope includes edge devices sensors hardware and software matching customer needs and delivery capacity with precision and efficiency and expanding and transforming delivery experience with unprecedented safety quality productivity and scale. As a Technical Program Manager you will have the opportunity to shape the next generation delivery technology work process and customer/driver experience directly manage large cross functional programs that support Safety and Delivery Assistance Technologies. In this role you will be responsible for driving large cross-team projects that span multiple technology and operational teams. The right candidate will possess a strong program management background will have demonstrated experience leading large programs across multiple teams. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives but can also roll up your sleeves dig in and get the job done. As a Technical Program Manager you will anticipate bottlenecks provide escalation management anticipate and make trade-offs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. An ability to take large complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces develop functional specifications then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected. Maturity high judgment negotiation skills ability to influence analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 5 years of technical product or program management experience 5 years of working directly with engineering teams experience 3 years of software development experience 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules Bachelor's degree in engineering computer science or equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong technical design skills Ability to drive tough decision making balancing business goals technical implications and time to market Ability to work independently excellent problem solving skills Proven results-oriented person with a focus on delivery PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $55.00/hr.
