Remote Position but PST hours UX/Product design team operations experience required *Design Program Coordinator* We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Design Program Coordinator to support a dynamic design team. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, streamlining workflows, and enabling designers to deliver outstanding user experiences. The coordinator will collaborate closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. *Responsibilities* Program Coordination & Operations * Plan, execute, and deliver design projects with precision and timeliness. * Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to maintain high-quality outcomes. * Facilitate design reviews, critiques, and cross-functional meetings. * Manage documentation, project trackers, and team resources. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Act as a liaison between design and partner teams including product, engineering, research, and marketing. * Communicate project status, risks, and requirements to stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary. * Align design priorities with product and business objectives. Team Support & Culture * Support onboarding and integration of new design team members. * Promote a culture of collaboration, constructive feedback, and continuous improvement. * Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the design process. Process Optimization * Identify and implement opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency. * Introduce tools and systems to monitor progress and measure impact. Skills Project coordination, project management, scheduling and meeting facilitation, reporting and documentation, support and planning. *Qualifications* Minimum Requirements * 2+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, or operations within a design, product, or technology setting. * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. * Proven experience working with designers and cross-functional teams. * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting design or product teams in a tech-driven environment. * Understanding of social media or consumer-facing digital products. * Commitment to building inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing teams. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
