What you will do...

Digital Experience Execution

  • Support the Senior Manager in executing the enterprise digital UX vision across websites, email platforms, and landing pages.

  • Translate business goals and audience insights into intuitive, consistent, and on-brand user experiences.

  • Lead execution and maintenance of brand web pages, email templates, and landing pages from concept through launch and optimization.

  • Apply modular design systems and content frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability.

Performance Optimization and Data-Driven Execution

  • Define and implement test-and-learn strategies using A/B and multivariate testing.

  • Collaborate with analytics partners to review performance data and surface actionable UX insights.

  • Activate audience data strategies to enable personalization and relevance.

  • Monitor and report on UX KPIs to track progress and identify opportunities.

SEO Ownership

  • Implement on-page and technical SEO/GEO best practices across brand websites and email content.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with IT, content, media, PR, QA, developers, and designers to align on goals, timelines, messaging, and technical requirements.

  • Ensure cohesive user experiences across all digital platforms and campaigns.

Tools & Trends

  • Stay current on UX best practices, tools, and digital behaviors.

  • Support pilot programs and tools that enhance UX efficiency, personalization, and AI-driven capabilities.

  • Explore emerging technologies and AI applications in digital marketing and UX.

Who you will work with...

  • Senior Manager, Digital UX

  • Cross-functional teams including IT, Content, Media, PR, QA, Developers, and Designers

  • Analytics partners and external vendors as needed

What you bring to the table... (Must Have)

  • 6+ years of experience in digital UX, web/email management, or digital project execution

  • Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, content architecture, and modular design

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO basics, responsive design, and email marketing tools

  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, heatmaps, A/B testing platforms)

  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable UX improvements

  • Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities

  • Portfolio or examples of work demonstrating clear thinking and executional quality

  • Bachelor's degree required

It would be nice if you have... (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with AI-driven personalization tools or emerging UX technologies

  • Exposure to enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives

  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$91,400-$131,400

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
