Staffmark is excited to offer a direct hire opportunity for a Warehouse Manager in Dothan, AL. If you have experience in warehouse operations and leadership, this role is a great way to advance your career while leading a dedicated team.

Pay: Up to $65,000

Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Supervise and lead the warehouse team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics processes for accurate and timely order dispatch.
  • Maintain inventory records and track shipments to ensure accuracy.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve shipping or operational issues, maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency and operational workflows.



What We're Looking For:



  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, shipping, or logistics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and problem solve effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
