Inspector

Staffmark is hiring Inspectors for a leading automotive manufacturing facility in Dayton, OH. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for detail-oriented individuals eager to start their career in manufacturing and quality assurance.

Pay: $16/hr

Shift: 3rd Shift | 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Inspect a variety of automotive components, including steering columns, for defects and proper assembly.
• Identify and report inconsistencies to maintain quality standards.
• Work independently while meeting daily inspection goals.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
• Follow all quality and safety standards to ensure excellent product outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• Entry-level candidates welcome; prior inspection or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious.
