Staffmark is seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator in Winchester, KY. This temp-to-hire position is a fantastic opportunity to grow your HR skills and make an impact in a dynamic work environment.

Pay: $17/hr

Shift: Day Shift | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Do:



  • Coordinate temporary staffing, including onboarding, evaluations, and recommendations for full-time hire.
  • Maintain personnel records and process timesheets and agency invoices.
  • Manage employment applications, background checks, and related HR documentation.
  • Oversee uniform fittings, alterations, and returns with vendors.
  • Arrange company travel and monitor vehicle maintenance.
  • Support internal meetings, distribute communications, and update HR bulletin boards.
  • Track accident/incident reports and follow-up actions.
  • Conduct safety awareness training sessions.



What We're Looking For:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
  • Strong verbal, written, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
