Staffmark is hiring a Property Manager for a company dedicated to providing quality, affordable housing and creating economic opportunities for the Charleston community. Schedule & Pay



  • Pay: $22/hr
  • Shift: Monday - Friday



Responsibilities



  • Oversee daily property operations, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations, Fair Housing laws, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections, address lease violations, and enforce property rules.
  • Manage leasing activities, including marketing, applicant screening, and lease execution.
  • Ensure timely processing of applications and certifications while maintaining accurate occupancy records.
  • Serve as the primary contact for residents, resolving concerns and fostering community engagement.
  • Manage rent collection, monitor delinquencies, assist in budget preparation, and oversee property expenses.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and collaborate with staff and vendors to maintain property standards.



Qualifications



  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, affordable housing, or a similar field.
  • Knowledge of HUD regulations, LIHTC programs, and Fair Housing laws.
  • Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines, with proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
