Are you an organized multitasker with a talent for keeping things running smoothly? Join our client's team as a Senior Office Administrative Specialist and become the friendly face and reliable support system that helps their office operate at its best.

Schedule: 7:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $22/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • From greeting guests with a warm welcome to keeping communication and scheduling on track, you'll be at the center of it all. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Answering and directing phone calls, mail distribution, and filing.
  • Coordinating conference room reservations, DOT appointment scheduling, and FedEx shipping (labels and occasional drop-offs).
  • Updating the organization chart, staff directory, and assisting with flyers.
  • Supporting our Safety Officer by drafting manuals, tracking training, and keeping records organized.
  • Reviewing AT&T and Verizon mobility bills, including coordinating line cancellations with IT.




Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of general administrative support experience.
  • High school diploma or GED (required).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel; Canva experience is a plus.
  • A customer service mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
