Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | $30 per hour

Requirements | 1 year of experience

Contract Administrator Tasks



  • Review contract abstracts for properties.
  • Compare due diligence contract abstracts to acquisition abstracts.
  • Communicate with properties and regional managers regarding contract assumptions and terminations.
  • Audit the contract platform to ensure it matches the contract abstracts.
  • Communicate with other departments handling specific contracts and provide information regarding existing contracts.
  • Collect new and existing agreements or change of ownership paperwork to send for signature.
  • Communicate with vendors to acquire the required information to assume contracts.
  • Follow up and track the progress of contracts.
  • Coordinate with the Operational Development Specialist to hand off agreements for final review and signature.
  • Confirm contracts have been uploaded to the appropriate location on the contract platform.
  • Coordinate with properties and regional managers, the construction team, and the accounting department.
