We're seeking a dynamic Regional Account Manager to elevate our brand and fuel business growth across 26 theatres in Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, Arkansas, Colorado, Kentucky, and Georgia. Based at our corporate office in downtown Milwaukee, this leader will report to the Executive Vice President of Content Strategy, Sales, Research & Development, and Guest Service while managing a team to maximize theatre rentals, group sales, food and beverage initiatives, and creative promotional campaigns. In close collaboration with District Directors and sales and marketing partners, you'll cultivate meaningful client relationships, exceed sales goals, and deliver unforgettable experiences that showcase our passion for film and hospitality. What You Will Do: * Drive Revenue Growth: Maximize theatre rentals, group sales, and F&B revenue by prospecting new business, leveraging convention calendars, school schedules, and film release dates to create targeted sales strategies. * Lead Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, businesses, community partners, and studios, securing advanced screenings and film-related events to boost visibility and attendance. * Execute Flawless Events: Collaborate with operations, film, and marketing teams to ensure seamless event execution, delivering exceptional client experiences and fostering repeat business. * Innovate and Expand: Identify ancillary revenue streams like gaming rentals, audiovisual presentations, and independent film festivals, creating innovative solutions to drive growth. * Amplify Brand Awareness: Partner with the Film Department, studios, and local media to promote key initiatives, aligning marketing strategies with operational goals to maximize exposure. * Lead and Inspire a Team: Oversee a dedicated sales and marketing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a client-focused culture while driving measurable results. * Other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For: * Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 3-4 years of sales and marketing experience, ideally in entertainment or hospitality, and a proven record of exceeding revenue goals. * Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. * Dynamic, results-driven sales professional with strong sales, negotiation, networking, and closing skills to effectively market theatre offerings and drive business growth. * Highly goal-oriented and data-driven, with the ability to analyze insights and translate them into actionable sales strategies. * Professional presence with a polished image, business etiquette, and strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients, executives, and internal teams. * Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce. * Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel 15-30% within the region and to the corporate office. * Strategic thinker with strong organizational and project management skills, passionate about relationship building, collaboration, inclusivity, and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
