Skilled Trades Job Details: Key Responsibilities Follow companies receiving and pulling process; verify counts and accuracy. Maintain organized staging/kitting by job; uphold 5S standards. Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams; resolve issues fast. Train in the field for 1-3 months if lacking industry experience. Additional Industry-Specific Duties Inventory control for systems furniture; kitting/staging by project & phase; labeling to drawings. BOL verification; RMA/shortage/overage handling; damage documentation and QC photos. Dock scheduling, carrier coordination; safe material handling (forklift/pallet jack). Daily load-out checklists; tool & equipment checkout/return and maintenance logs. Coordinate with Office Staff, PMs/field leads on install sequences and site constraints (elevators, dock hours). Cycle counts; WMS or spreadsheets for traceability; barcode/scanner workflows (if available). Packaging waste/recycling management; warehouse 5S/OSHA compliance. Read/interpret floor plans, install drawings, pick tickets; basic AutoCAD/PlanGrid/Bluebeam preferred. Qualifications Required 2+ years warehouse leadership. 2+ years receiving/pulling with verification/accuracy. Excellent communication with clients and internal teams; detail-oriented and process-driven. Proven ability to lead a fast, accurate AM load-out. Valid driver's license; basic Excel/Google Sheets competency. Preferred Commercial furniture or construction logistics experience. Schedule: Full-time, mostly Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - ~3:00 PM, ~45 hours/week. Pay target: Around $22 - $25/hour (non-exempt; OT per law). Occasional earlier start/late finish based on project needs.
