The most important qualities we are looking for are:
Experience in receiving and pulling product, and
A proven track record of being a reliable, consistent employee.
This is not a role for someone who has a history of job-hopping - reliability and attention to detail are key.
Position Details:
Full-time: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - ~3:30 PM
Pay Range: $19.00-$23.00/hour depending on experience
Driver's license required
Manager/supervisor experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities include:
Receiving and inspecting product, pulling orders, staging and loading trucks
Driving box trucks as needed
Supporting field installation crews when necessary
Maintaining product flow, organization, and warehouse efficiency
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Schedule in bound trucks to the warehouse; add truck appointments to IQ schedule
* Review product received to inspect for damage, document BOL with short or damaged items; determine if replacement items need to be ordered
* Communicate with Customer Service Rep and Project Manager when missing or damaged items are received,
* Scan BOL and packing slip into IQ; follow up with dealer for contact information if not already in IQ; note any damaged/missing products
* Returned and overall product flow , inventory management
* pulling product and loading trucks for next staging product
* Utlizing warehouse properly, maximizing the space
* Forklift maintenance and other equipment maintenance as assigned
* Conduct special projects and support other departments, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
* High School Diploma, or equivalent
* 3 to 5 years of related work experience with progressive responsibilities
* Proficient in Google Suite
* Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
* Creative and critical thinking skills
* Demonstrated high character and trust
* Must be able to drive a fork lift
