Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent for our Power Delivery Services Group. It is crucial to have experience and the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, enthusiastic, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. As a superintendent, you will be responsible for providing coordination, planning, and supervision to assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities in a particular area of discipline. RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate work projects within the electrical scope of the building site Ensure the high-quality installation of electrical portions of the project, including underground cabling, overhead lines, and substation construction QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent A few benefits offered include: (for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week) Medical and prescription drug plans that includes no additional cost vision coverage The base pay range for this role is $122,600 - $183,900. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
