Thermoforming Machine Operator

Shift Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 | 12-hour shifts

* Days: 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM

* Nights: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM ($2/hr shift premium for night shift)

Work only 7 out of every 14 days on our rotating 2-2-3 schedule, which offers long weekends and a better work-life balance. Enjoy the benefits of a climate-controlled, clean, and modern production facility-where your contribution truly matters.

Rotating Schedule:

* Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

* Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED required

* Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions

* Basic math and data entry skills

* Mechanically inclined with problem-solving skills

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods

* Positive attitude and strong team player

* Manufacturing experience a plus (but not required - we provide on-the-job training)
