Work Schedule: 100% FTE, day/evening shift. Full time, 40 hours per week. 3 week schedule: 2 weeks of Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM and 1 week of 6:00AM - 2:30PM. No weekends or holidays required at this time. You may be eligible for up to a $2,500 sign-on bonus. You will work at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Phlebotomist to: Perform standardized and specialized phlebotomy procedures on patients of all ages. Ensure proper patient identification and specimen labeling. Complete specimen receiving and specimen processing. Patient check-in and order entry of laboratory tests in the laboratory information system.
