We're seeking a dynamic Senior CAD Analyst to join our elite Occupancy Planning team supporting a premier financial services client!

This exciting hybrid opportunity (3 days on-site, 2 remote) is based in New York, NY, or McLean, VA, and includes travel opportunities across the US and Canada (up to 20%).

As our CAD Subject Matter Expert, you'll drive innovation in drawing standards, workflows, and library management while ensuring precision and excellence in all deliverables. This role offers the perfect blend of technical expertise and strategic collaboration, where you'll shape occupancy planning initiatives, optimize CAFM/IWMS integrations, and provide critical insights that directly impact our clients' success.

Here is some of what you will do:

Advanced CAD Drawing Management & Quality Control:

  • Lead creation, updating, and QA of complex as-built CAD drawings, including Moves, Additions, and Changes (MAC).

  • Implement redlines from multiple sources across architectural, furniture, and related disciplines, capturing all polyline changes and annotations.

  • Develop and maintain room numbering, space types, and coding for new and existing sites.

  • Produce test fits per programmatic requirements, including multiple scenarios aligned with client workplace strategies.

  • Maintain drawing version control, organization, and archival practices.

  • Ensure compliance with client CAD standards, OSCRE/BOMA guidelines, and internal best practices.

Technical Expertise & Knowledge Sharing:

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for CAD tools, standards, and workflows; troubleshoot complex issues and propose innovative solutions.

  • Mentor and coach team members and internal stakeholders on CAD processes.

  • Document CAD standards, best practices, and procedures for knowledge management.

  • Develop dashboards and reporting to quantify deliverables and track updates.

  • Cross-train in CAFM/IWMS routines to ensure business continuity.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Partner with Occupancy Planners, project teams, clients, and vendors to ensure CAD deliverables meet requirements and timelines.

  • Serve as the technical point of contact for CAD questions or escalations.

  • Coordinate quarterly site metric audits and monthly conference room audits.

  • Recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy, workflow efficiency, and integration with systems.

  • Participate in programming and project kickoff meetings to align on new builds.

  • Provide site drawings to support Transaction Management and furniture vendors as required.

System Integration & Reporting

  • Manage uploads of CAD drawings to CAFM/IWMS platforms, ensuring accurate metadata and attribution.

  • Support layout adjustments, test fits, and advanced CAD analyses.

  • Maintain a library of master drawings accessible to internal teams and clients.

Here is who should apply:

Required

  • 5+ years of CAD drafting and drawing management experience, preferably in corporate real estate, facilities, or architectural environments

  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM experience is a plus

  • Deep knowledge of CAD standards, layering, annotation, and file management practices

  • Experience with CAFM/IWMS platforms (FM: Systems, TRIRIGA, Manhattan Centerstone, Archibus, Serraview, etc.)

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex CAD issues independently

  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and mentoring skills with outstanding interpersonal abilities to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with quick decision-making, innovative thinking, and a progressive approach

Preferred

  • A bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Drafting, or a related field

  • Integration with CAD systems

Pay $85,000 - 110,000 with a 7.5% targeted bonus of the annual salary

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Estimated compensation for this position:

85,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
