Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) Remote Eligible: No Shift/Time Zone: Eastern, Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm, Saturday 6:30am-11:30am Credentials/Licenses Required: None - Florida Position Overview The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients during both routine visits and life-impacting health decisions. This role involves drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and creating an atmosphere of trust and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor Maintain a safe and professional environment at all times Confidently conduct forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing Maintain required records and documentation Readily explain procedures to patients while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public Job Requirements Ability to deliver quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric patients Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime Strong customer service background preferred (retail or service environment) Keyboard/data entry experience required Education High school diploma or equivalent required Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington) Work Experience Minimum 6 months experience required One or more years phlebotomy experience preferred Additional Job Details (COVID, Commute, Attendance) Must list home city and commute time to jobsite on resume; rate is based on direct years of experience (overlapping roles do not count twice) Candidate must have reliable transportation (bus, Uber, rideshare not accepted) Must be available to work all scheduled shifts, be on time, and remain for full shift Excessive absenteeism/tardiness will result in termination Candidates must live within a 20-25 minute commute to ensure reliable coverage Please verify commute time prior to submission Rate card: Refer to Southeast breakdown provided by Broadleaf if needed
