As a Senior Production Test Technician, you'll be the final checkpoint before our products take flight. From RF systems to microelectronic assemblies, you'll apply your expertise to ensure every unit meets uncompromising standards for performance, durability, and safety. You'll execute advanced testing protocols across a range of aerospace and defense components, troubleshoot and resolve performance issues with precision and speed, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to uphold quality benchmarks. Your insights will also contribute to continuous improvement in testing methods and documentation, helping us refine our processes and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

What You'll Own & Elevate:
  • Engineer precision: Develop test specifications, methods, and procedures directly from technical drawings, standard work, and schematics.

  • Drive solutions: Contribute to technical reports that summarize findings and recommend actionable fixes to complex problems.

  • Keep systems sharp: Calibrate, enhance, and maintain advanced test equipment to ensure peak performance and reliability.

  • Lead with impact: Serve as a team leader within your functional area, guiding a small group of technicians toward excellence.

  • Stay mission-ready: Maintain all required certifications to support high-stakes aerospace and defense testing.

  • Champion efficiency: Recommend and implement 6S improvements to streamline workflows and elevate operational standards.


Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Willing to work 2nd shift.
  • Minimum 2 years of RF test technician experience in a manufacturing work environment.
  • Ability to setup and operate a Phase Network Analyzer (PNA) or Vector Network Analyzer (VNA).
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Timekeeping system, ERP system, Routing, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented with good manual and eye dexterity (precise).
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a "US Person" under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Preferred:

  • 4+years of RF test technician experience in a manufacturing work environment.
  • Associates Degree or Technical Degree in Electrical Technology.
  • Military Electronic Schools or Electronic Training from military.
  • Active Security Clearance.
  • Experience in defense or aerospace industry.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new challenges.
  • Willingness to take on diverse projects and work with different teams.

Salary Range: Production Test Technician III: $25.83 hr to $37.48 hr. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
