This Position reports to:

The work model for the role is: Byhalia, Ms.

Your role and responsibilities:

* Plan and execute classroom and hands-on training programs for evening shift employees, including mandatory safety courses and cross-training initiatives.

* Create and update training curricula, documentation, and presentation assets; ensure accurate recordkeeping for all training activities.

* Mentor new hires during their first 30 days and work closely with peers, SMEs, and end-users to refine training needs and specifications.

* Conduct process audits, support day shift training as needed, and contribute to quality and inventory projects across the distribution center.

Qualifications for the role:

* High School diploma or equivalent required; preference given to candidates with formal training and certification as a trainer by a recognized agency.

* Minimum 5 years in distribution or manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years training equipment drivers and operations teams.

* Must be a certified operator for order picker, reach truck, counterbalance, and power jack equipment.

* Candidates must have valid authorization to work for ABB in the United States.
