THE ROLE:

As a Lead Graphics & AI Processor Design Engineer, you will work with GPU architects to design next-generation graphics and AI technology.

THE PERSON:

You have a passion for computer processor architecture and digital design. You are a team player with excellent communication skills and strong leadership abilities to manage project teams. You possess robust analytical and problem-solving skills and are willing to learn and ready to take on problems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design command processor, the front-end of the GPU pipeline, for next-generation GPU and AI engine.
  • Work with architects to implement logic with high performance, low power consumption, and meet timing requirements.
  • Coordinate with verification engineers to improve code and functional coverage.
  • Conduct design rule checks to complete tape-out sign-off, including LINT, CDC, etc.
  • Lead and manage projects, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Help post-silicon team debug silicon issues when needed.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Project-level experience with design concepts and team leadership.
  • Experience or familiarity with EDA tools and/or functional verification tools by VCS, Cadence, Mentor Graphics.
  • Good understanding of computer organization/architecture.
  • Graphics and AI knowledge is preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading complex engineering projects.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Undergrad degree required. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering along with related ASIC design experience preferred.
