Your Impact

Join OpenText's global tax team and support U.S. corporate income tax compliance, ASC 740 reporting, controversy matters, and tax planning for a large multinational organization.

What the role Offers

  • Prepare U.S. corporate income tax returns, extensions, and installments for separate and consolidated entities.
  • Support ASC 740 provision work, FIN 48 analysis, and tax account reconciliations.
  • Assist with international tax calculations (NCTI/GILTI, Subpart F, BEAT, FDDEI/FDII, FTC).
  • Prepare tax forms (FBAR, 1042, W8/W9) and gather data with internal teams.
  • Respond to tax notices and support IRS/state audits.
  • Conduct tax research and assist with tax planning projects.

What You need to succeed:

  • 5 years accounting experience or 1-3 years of U.S. corporate tax experience (public accounting or multinational).
  • CPA or active enrollment preferred.
  • Knowledge of consolidated returns and ASC 740 is an asset.
  • Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Salary Range: $71,000- $115,000 USD Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
