As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Alvaria, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and a passion for connecting talented individuals with rewarding career opportunities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Sourcing and Attraction - Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
  • Candidate Evaluation - Conduct thorough assessments of candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Experience - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and support to candidates.
  • Collaboration - Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and establish selection criteria.
  • Pipeline Management - Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates.
  • Data Analysis - Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance - Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Continuous Improvement - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and recommend innovative strategies to optimize recruitment processes.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, ADP WFN preferred.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Weekly/Monthly reporting experience preferred.
  • Experience creating Boolean strings for sourcing and narrowing down candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Physical requirements include sitting for long periods of time.
