The Vice President of Artificial Intelligence will advance our organization's AI strategy and transformation, driving the adoption and integration of cutting-edge technologies across multiple service lines. This executive role demands close collaboration with leadership, technology teams, and business units to assess opportunities, modernize operations, and cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a visionary technology leader, adept at managing high-performing teams and delivering impactful solutions that elevate organizational capability.

Essential Functions & Primary Duties

  • Refine and execute on a comprehensive AI strategy that supports organizational priorities and long-term business growth.
  • Evaluate existing technology platforms, resources, and processes to identify areas for improvement, automation, and increased efficiency.
  • Champion the deployment and integration of multi-agent orchestration platforms and advanced analytics, focusing on both operational excellence and transformative value.
  • Develop scalable training and change management programs to empower teams with digital, data, and AI literacy, fostering grassroots innovation and adoption.
  • Establish and guide internal networks of GenAI influencers and AI advocates, driving engagement, training, and best practices across service lines.
  • Collaborate with functional leads to support AI-driven initiatives, providing expertise and guidance to maximize impact, while not serving as the primary client-facing representative.
  • Construct and maintain a robust repository of AI use cases, prompt libraries, and playbooks for organization-wide knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure strong governance, compliance, and monitoring frameworks are in place for all AI deployments, prioritizing security and ethical standards.
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations, impact reports, and proposals to senior management, tracking progress and refining plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, providing clear direction, accountability, and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from pilot programs and production deployments to drive continuous product and process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required; Master's degree or PhD is preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, including significant exposure to AI, machine learning, or data analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in architecting and implementing enterprise-scale AI solutions and platforms.
  • Strong track record in building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with proven success collaborating across functions and influencing at all levels.
  • Experience in designing and leading training, change management, and innovation programs.
  • Skilled in developing governance, compliance, and risk management structures for technology initiatives.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and highly accountable, with the ability to execute complex projects and drive results.
  • Prior exposure to supporting client or partner-facing initiatives is helpful, but the primary focus of this role is internal strategy, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications

  • The successful candidate will be credentialed in applicable areas of expertise (i.e., law, accounting, tax, product/service) with at least ten years of relevant experience in a field or industry.
  • Must have strengths in leadership and management from a strategic perspective
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaborative with internal groups to reach workable solutions, able to anticipate problems, creatively assess alternatives and manage conflicts

The annual salary target for this job in this market is $275,000- $375,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.

The compensation above is not representative of an employee's total compensation.
