As an Apprentice Production Test Technician at CAES by Honeywelll Lansdale, you'll be immersed in a structured, hands-on learning environment where your curiosity and precision will shape the future of aerospace and defense technology. Here's what you'll take on:

• Train for Impact: Complete required classroom instruction as part of a three-year, performance-driven apprenticeship program

• Test with Purpose: Begin performing operational tests on complex electronic components, subassemblies, and systems-learning to assess quality and product acceptability using detailed specifications and procedures

• Decode Engineering: Learn to interpret engineering instructions and standard test procedures to validate developmental products

• Blueprint Mastery: Build your ability to read and understand blueprints, gaining the technical fluency needed to support mission-critical testing

Minimum:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Timekeeping system, ERP system, Routing, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with good manual and eye dexterity (precise).
• This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a "US Person" under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Preferred:

• Associates Degree or Technical Degree in Electrical Technology.
• Military Electronic Schools or Electronic Training from military.
• Active Security Clearance.
• Experience in defense or aerospace industry.
• Experience as a Test Technician in a manufacturing environment or in the military.
• Should be able to setup and know how to operate a Phase Network Analyzer (PNA) or Vector Network Analyzer (VNA).
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new challenges.
• Willingness to take on diverse projects and work with different teams.

Salary Range: Production Test Technician I: $18.52 hr to $25.95 hr. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
