   Maintain clear understanding of full cycle recruitment in public accounting industryWork collaboratively with the HR team and hiring managers to understand business objectives, candidate requirements for open positions, consult on key trends for hiring, and develop sourcing strategiesProactively identify, qualify and recruit passive candidates, using innovative sourcing strategies, cold calling, social media and networking toolsScreen resumes, conduct interviews and refer qualified candidates to managementMaintain internal and external job postings across multiple platformsEnsure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring processAttend networking events as a representative of CBIZAbility to maintain a professional presence on social media sites, promote open positions and networkResearch target companies and organizations to support sourcing strategiesAdditional responsibilities assigned
 Preferred Qualifications 
   Public accounting industry knowledgeAbility to quickly prioritize as circumstances requires; can efficiently and effectively address a broad range of competing prioritiesDemonstrates commitment to exceptional client serviceKnowledge of Taleo ATS, Oracle Recruit Cloud, Bullhorn CRM and LinkedIn RecruiterAbility to work in a fast paced, results driven environment
 Minimum Qualifications 
   Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience preferred or High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of recruiting experienceWorking knowledge of the public accounting or a professional services firm is desirableDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externallyProficient use of applicable technologyMust be able to travel based on client and business needs The annual salary target for this job in this market is $75,000 - $90,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
