Responsibilities
Manages and contributes to the effective support and strategy of the team assigned to his/her leadership. Responsible for coordinating laboratory system implementations and the 24/7 support to maintain those systems. Assigns projects to staff and monitors progress. Provides mentorship to team. Must possess the ability to communicate appropriately with all levels of internal and external customers. Provides input to policy regarding standards and budgetary constraints. Makes personnel decisions for all team members. Key Accountabilities:
- Completes various special projects, which may require reviewing/analyzing information to identify problems and prepare recommendations for resolutions.
- Coordinates aspects of patient centered cycle planning, design, resources, development, implementation, communication, maintenance, and evaluation of new and existing functionality.
- Works collaboratively with users of the patient centered information systems. Maintains relationships with supported communities to continue to improve the functionality of the information systems to support daily operations.
- Identifies schedules and oversees preventative maintenance for patient centered applications. Oversees integrated development work related to system upgrades. Evaluates group resource requirements including personnel, software, and equipment. Makes recommendations as indicated.

Required:
- Three years of supervisory/management experience.
