Shift: Days, evening, weekend Base Pay Range: Surg Tech Certified: $25.32 - $39.99 per hour, based on experience Surgery Tech: $23.98 - $34.74 per hour, based on experience Special Pay: Additional $2.50 per hour until 11/28/25 Shift Differentials:Additional $2 per hour evenings/nights/weekends Retention Rewards:Up to $15,000 Relocation Support:Additional $5,000 if moving from over 50 miles away Retention Reward (Option 1):$2,000 per year for up to 5 years, totaling $10,000 Student Loan Repayment (Option 2):$2,000 per year toward student loans, up to 5 years, totaling $10,000
